One in four people in the UK will struggle with their mental health at some point in their lives.

Mental health disorders take many different forms and affect people in different ways. Schizophrenia, depression, anxiety and personality disorders are all examples of mental health problems.

Severe Mental Health (SMI) reviews

Mid-Dorset PCN offer annual reviews to anyone on our SMI register. Although you may be managing your mental health correctly using medication, and other methods, the annual review is a great opportunity to look after your physical health. You will be offered blood tests, blood pressure checks, and an opportunity to discuss any concerns you may have. The annual reviews are a great opportunity to catch any underlying health and social needs and address them to ensure you have the right support needed.
