Their role covers diagnosis, patient education, and medication adjustments, all aimed at improving health outcomes and reducing unexpected care needs. They also coordinate Multidisciplinary Team meetings, advocating for patients and their families.

You can find them at the Old Cereal Factory, Poundbury and clinicians from all eight practices can refer patients to their clinics held on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. They’re committed to providing comprehensive support to ensure optimal respiratory care.
