Digital Literacy
As technology is changing rapidly, we want you to feel confident in using these new tools to manage you health online. Digital literacy involves how you find, assess, and communicate information across different digital channels. We aim to gather this information to provide assistance to those who may require support in navigating platforms, your input will help us tailor our support to better serve you. To achieve this, we want to gain insight into your comfort level with using digital tools to support your healthcare needs.
